- They offer a 365-Day Manufacturer’s Warranty. This covers product stitching, seams, elastics, and any of the product’s components including snaps, hook & loop closures, and fabric holes discovered immediately upon receipt of item.
- The warranty does not cover leaking, odor issues, fading, staining, repelling, and normal wear and tear which includes any of the following issues that appear after 90 days of use: holes and tears in the fabric, elastic loosening, and stitching that comes loose.
- The warranty is void when washing instructions haven’t been followed; when fabric softeners, vinegar, or any other caustic substances and laundry additives have been used; and when the diapers have been subject to water or drying temperatures above 140F.
- To make a claim for any defects covered by the warranty, the cost to ship the item/s back to them is covered if it's within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, the customer pays for the shipping.
- It takes them 3 to 5 business days to process returns after they arrive at their facility.
